My blog, Late-Blooming Entrepreneurs, hatched on December 26, 2010. Today, it has more than 24,000 followers and is the recipient of several honors.
I am the author of Late-Blooming Entrepreneurs: Eight Principles for Starting a Business After Age 40. The book capped four years of writing, editing and research that included more than 40 interviews with entrepreneurs and various experts.
Before I started freelancing, I was Vice President of Communications for a major financial services trade association. I am a member of the Nonfiction Authors Association. I’m also active in an advanced Toastmasters club, in part because giving speeches helps me write them for other people.
When I’m not working, I enjoy cycling, vegetable gardening and volunteering. Each year, I serve as the public relations coordinator for a festival that attracts several thousand people to my little town in Virginia.
The marketplace has many talented freelance writers. With me, you also get excellent customer service. I keep you posted on how things are going. I respond promptly. I meet deadlines. I stay within budgets. I’ll go the extra mile to exceed your expectations.
I’d be happy to discuss your project and give you a free assessment of the time and costs that may be involved. I look forward to hearing from you.
